Brenda Wall
Founder & 1st Managing Director of HolidayTravelWatch
Frank met the late Brenda Wall in 1995 and forged a close bond with her. She helped introduce Frank to the key issues in Travel but also to a wider world of Consumer issues. Her courage and determination helped to change the dialogue on Consumer Rights and her legacy continues today.

Stephanie Trotter OBE
Stephanie Trotter is probably one of the most courageous and fearless campaigners Frank has met. Her success on securing safety on school adventure trips has been marked further by her extensive campaigning on Carbon Monoxide.
Her knowledge of the fuel lobby and corporate behaviour is second to none and she tirelessly offers her thoughts and views to politicians throughout Europe and the UK and provides vital support to Victims.
